Distribución en Colombia

Selvas húmedas tropicales, bosques higrofíticos y bosques subandinos de las regiones del Valle medio del Magdalena y Caribe en los Departamentos de  Antioquia (Ospina et al. 2015;Restrepo et al.2017), Boyacá (Ospina et al. 2015;Ovalle-Pacheco et al. 2019), Caldas (Ospina et al. 2015), Cesar (Ospina et al. 2015) Santander (Ospina et al. 2015;Meza-Joya et al. 2019), Norte de Santander (Meza-Joya et al. 2019) y Tolima (Ospina et al. 2015)  entre los 115-870  metros sobre el nivel del mar.
