Distribución en Colombia
Bosques andinos de la vertiente oriental de la Cordillera Central y vertiente oriental de la cordillera Oriental con registros en los departamentos de Caquetá (Stuart et al. 2008) y Huila (Lynch & Ruiz,1983;Ruiz et al. 1996;Acosta, 2000;Bernal & Lynch, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008) entre los 2300-2600 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
