Distribución en Colombia
Bosques andinos y subandinos, vertiente occidental de la Cordillera Oriental en los Departamentos de Santander (Lynch, 1984;Ruiz et al.1996;Acosta, 2000;Jerez et al. 2001;Suárez & Ramírez, 2004; Bernal & Lynch, 2008 entre los 1750-2400 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
Comentarios
Bernal & Lynch (2008) la reseñan bajo el nombre de Pristimantis lutitos; probablemente un error tipográfico.
