Bosques subandinos de la vertiente occidental de la cordillera Occidental en el Departamento de Risaralda (Lynch & Ruiz, 1996;Ruiz et al. 1996;Ruiz et al. 1997;Lynch, 1998;Acosta,2000;Bernal & Lynch, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008) entre los 1760-1790 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
